Wife, mother of fur babies, nurse practitioner, functional nutrition and medicine provider, yoga instructor and lifelong student, I value my family, friends and work-life balance. When not at work you can find me Calming my own Chaos with activities such as yoga, meditation, walking, crafting nutritious snacks and enjoying beautiful Lake Erie.
